This policy explains what we collect on scavicompany.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you can ask us to hand it over or delete it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in the form to unlock an article, or contact us through WhatsApp, we receive your name, email address and phone number, along with the article or page you were on and the site that referred you. We ask for these because we use them to send you what you requested and to follow up about our services.
Information collected automatically. Standard web server records: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. This is generated by the act of loading any website and is used for security and troubleshooting.
Storage in your own browser. When you unlock an article, we save a small marker in your browser (local storage and a cookie named scavi_us_lead) so you are not asked again on your next visit. It contains no personal information — only the fact that you have already filled in the form.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not ask for or want sensitive categories of personal information.
How we use it
To deliver the content you asked for; to contact you about lead generation services, including by email, phone and WhatsApp; to answer your questions; to keep the site secure and working; and to understand which articles and campaigns bring people here, so we can produce more of what is useful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a database operated on our behalf by our hosting and infrastructure providers, and email notifications are delivered through an email service provider. Those providers process the data only to provide the service to us and are not permitted to use it for anything else. As is typical of cloud infrastructure, some of that processing or storage may happen outside the United States.
How long we keep it
Contact details are kept for as long as there is a plausible business relationship and for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a much shorter period, generally measured in weeks.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp or reply to any email from us with the word "delete" and we will act on it — there is no form to fill in and no hoop to jump through.
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor those requests regardless of which state you are in.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it does not delete your record, so tell us if you want both.
Third-party links and tools
This site links to WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving the font file.
If we add analytics or advertising measurement tools to this site in the future, we will update this page before or at the time they go live, and we will describe what they collect.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or how we use it, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell the people it affects directly.
